Upcoming or Current Events
- The Covid-19 Pandemic continues to challenge all businesses – including venues for art:
- Misty Morning Wait for the Ferry was accepted into the Artist’s Equity 71st Annual Spring Show. Due to closure of the host gallery during the Covid-19 pandemic Artist’s Equity decided to present the show online as a virtual gallery. The show will be up until July 15 – check it out at this link! This is the happy news.
- Sugarloaf Mountain Works, Inc. the incredible nationwide art show organization has filed for bankruptcy. That means you won’t be able to see my work at the Fall show that had been scheduled for November.
- The Chester County chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen has canceled the December show at Ludwig’s Corner fire house.
- Sadly, I can’t imagine that any other art shows will be running this Fall.
- I will let you know if any shows open up.
- Until then – you have my website full of amazing images – please let me know if any of them attract your interest!
- Andrew Deery’s restaurant Majolica in Phoenixville closed on Dec. 7, 2019, the 15th anniversary of it’s opening – congratulations to Andrew for such a long successful run!
- I have since moved my artwork up Bridge Street in Phoenixville to Louette’s BYO. I am quite pleased to see my work on the walls there! Chef Steve Howells has a great thing going there. I have had the pleasure of dining there on a number of occasions – excellent and inventive! I urge you to make a reservation there – you won’t be disappointed! And you get to see my artwork on display! Thank you Steve for inviting me to exhibit at Louette’s BYO!
